Nominally our next year starts January 2024 but enrolment takes place throughout the year as and when it suits the participant.

There is no constraint on the time for any one unit but the average is about 3 months. The full course typically takes just over 2 years but we set a limit at 4 years.

The DHI Diploma in Quality Leadership is an approximately two year programme depending on how quickly the student wishes to complete. The course materials are common to all students but each will take a journey of their own depending on where they and their Company wish to travel. We are here to support you and to get the best out of this experience not only for yourself but for your organisation as well. The 9 units in this course are all tutor/mentor supported. All units are tested by the submission of a 4,500 word assignment.  DHI have aligned the Diploma and Higher Diploma with the requirements of Chartered Membership (CQP MCQI) and those of the International Lean Six Sigma Institute (ILSSI) . The CQI Competency Framework is core to the CQI Chartered Membership process. The cohort concept is not obligatory and students are free to start at any time and work at their own speed. Some like cohorts as a means to stay together as groups, share thoughts and to give themselves nominal deadlines but it is not compulsory. Starting in each January we encourage students who enrol in each 3 months to stay together as much as possible but this is by no means obligatory. The object is to enable them to share thoughts and concerns with each other as they progress. This interaction is encouraged in our optional and free zoom based Students Coffee Shop meetings held at 12.00pm UK Time every Friday.
