This survey is the latest update of a survey designed and developed by us more than 30 years ago, and it has been used in business transformation programmes that we have conducted across the world.
If your organisation is about to embark on a full companywide business improvement programme, it is a good idea to ask the people in your organisation to complete this survey before making any changes.
Prior to making any change of consequence, it makes sense to record the current situation. If not you will never be able to prove that things are any better. Some will choose not to believe it. This survey will provide the evidence.
